Execute a generic report profile and return computed rows

Runs against your own org unit unless organizationUnitId names another one at or below yours in the store hierarchy (view mode).

Responses​

columns is the effective column list (config minus any column whose attribute is inactive here), labels resolved. Pass ?format=csv for a CSV download, or ?format=pdf for a formatted PDF (MoH + RBC header in DHIS2 mode, plain metadata header otherwise).
